📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement.,Assist in the organization and tracking of vehicle documentation and insurance.,Support in the scheduling and coordination of driver assignments.,Assist in the resolution of any vehicle-related issues or emergencies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
