📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakso outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise the store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.,Participate in regular meetings with the Area Manager to discuss performance and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing bakso outlets or similar food establishments.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
