Star Sky Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Medical Representative to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Representative in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field and a passion for building strong relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and sales,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff,Support the Medical Representative in preparing and presenting product information to healthcare professionals,Assist in the organization and execution of medical meetings, conferences, and other promotional events,Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales team and management,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective communication and coordination between sales and marketing efforts,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry,Strong understanding of the medical field and the pharmaceutical products you will be promoting,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to meet with healthcare professionals
