Food Express Berjaya is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. We are a growing company in the food industry, and we are looking for a professional and friendly individual to welcome our guests and ensure they have a pleasant experience. This is a hybrid position, which means you will work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests at the reception desk,Answer and direct phone calls and emails,Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages,Maintain and update reception area,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments,Provide information about the company and its services,Handle customer complaints and concerns,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Basic computer skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and time management skills,Professional and friendly demeanor
