📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and supervise operational staff.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
