PT Oryza Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Monitor cash flow and manage the company's financial resources effectively.,Ensure the accuracy of financial records and maintain proper documentation.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
