📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to reach a wide audience of potential candidates.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of our team.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve our recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring talented employees.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
