📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by promoting products and answering customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and change, and ensuring accurate records.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach regularly.
