Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Officer to join our team at Palembang Square. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with various departments to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the mall, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.,Coordinate with various departments such as retail, food and beverage, and security to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and train operational staff to maintain high standards of service.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the success of the mall.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Familiarity with retail or mall operations is a plus.
