📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor warehouse metrics and report on performance to management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
