📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Supervisor in planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct regular checks on production lines to identify and resolve any issues.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Supervisor.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide training and guidance to production staff as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
