📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including ordering, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the quality and freshness of food and beverages served to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure they understand and follow standard operating procedures.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Participate in inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer experience.,Collaborate with the management team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
