📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our luxury watch brands, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Assist in the creation and execution of sales campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
• Provide support to the marketing and sales teams in achieving their targets and KPIs.
• Assist in the management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with the luxury watch industry and related brands is a plus.
