📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and facilities maintenance.
• Certification in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance (e.g., NECA, EASA, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
