📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the optimization of production processes using tools like SAP and AutoCAD.
• Conduct data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including value stream mapping and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in quality control activities, including ISO 9001 audits and process validation.
• Conduct research and development projects related to industrial engineering.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Interest in the semiconductor industry and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel to different sites within Bali as needed.
