📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of English and Indonesian languages.
• Professional and polite demeanor.
