📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage the branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the branch location as needed.
