📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its products/services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
