📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal financial health.,Lead the financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to senior management.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.,Develop and implement financial controls and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
