PT Cakrawala Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and accurate communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documentation.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in the software development lifecycle, providing input and feedback.,Ensure that all technical documentation is accessible and user-friendly.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Create and manage technical documentation tools and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
