🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the shipping and logistics industry.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and SeaStar is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
