📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and local trucking companies to ensure timely and efficient import logistics.
• Monitor shipments and maintain accurate records of all transactions using systems like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the import process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving import efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews of import processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular reports on import activities to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping and trucking coordination software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
