📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support legal decisions and strategies.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal strategies and recommendations for our clients.
• Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Providing legal advice and support to internal teams and clients.
• Managing and maintaining legal files and records.
• Assisting in the coordination of legal matters with external legal counsel and third parties.
• Participating in legal team meetings and contributing to the development of legal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or legal support role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Proficient in using legal research databases and software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
