📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Lead a team of designers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of design projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to align design efforts with business goals.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.

Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product design.

Mentor and train junior designers to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.

Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
