📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records for future reference.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Provide technical support to property managers and maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with tenants to address any maintenance or service issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
