📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with collections software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to collections.
• Ability to travel extensively to client locations.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
