📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate commercial vehicle financing applications to determine eligibility and terms.
• Collaborate with dealers and customers to identify financing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Process and manage loan applications, including documentation, verification, and approval.
• Monitor and manage loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to optimize financing strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality service and compliance with company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle financing or a similar role in the automotive finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian automotive finance regulations and industry practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP or other financial management systems is a plus.
