📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management tools.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Implement and monitor inventory control policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and improve inventory management processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proven experience with inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
