As a Japanese-Speaking Guest Relations Officer, you'll interact daily with guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. You'll work closely with our housekeeping, dining, and maintenance teams to coordinate services, and you'll be the first point of contact for guests, making their experience memorable from the moment they arrive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written.
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
