📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Shopee's quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize warehouse processes using tools like SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or similar is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse automation tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with SAP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
